Biotecno: from Santa Rosa to the United Arab Emirates

Leading the market with solutions in immunobiological conservation equipment, Biotecno, based in Santa Rosa, was participating in Arab Health, in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Focused on medical devices, Arab Health is the 2nd largest fair in the world, and the largest in the United Arab Emirates. In partnership with the Brazilian Association of the Medical Devices Industry (ABIMO), Biotecno was presenting its products for the second time in the Brazilian pavilion of the event.

From Santa Rosa to the world, what enchanted the East were the differentials of Biotecno equipment. From the presentation of the scientific chambers that are sales leaders, the Director, Franco Lagemann, comments that what most attracted attention were the manufacturing details, in addition to the embedded technology, a Brazilian characteristic for immunobiological material equipment.

In addition, the embedded technology that Biotecno equipment has gained special attention, as reported by the company′s Commercial Director, Roberto Olivares. The Internet of Things (IoT) is a technological trend that is incorporated in the manufacture of Biotecno′s chambers. With smart solutions for storing vaccines, blood and laboratory material, scientific freezers can be managed remotely, in addition to providing performance reports and graphs, streamlining the work of laboratories, clinics and hospitals.

Biotecno equipment is certified by the US FDA, and therefore can be exported to countries that have this validation for medical products.

As Roberto, Commercial Director, reports, the company′s presence at Arab Health was a success. “From our contact started in the previous edition of the fair, this year we formalized commercial and technical partnerships in Abu Dhabi, capital of the United Arab Emirates. In addition, we have received more than 60 requests for partnerships between India, Pakistan, Myanmar, Russia, Bangladesh, as well as some countries in Africa.”

For over 20 years working and investing in solutions that revolutionize the medical conservation sector, Biotecno is ready for the new export market. In addition to Latin American countries, it now has distribution in the Middle East.
